Description
How it works:
Flexible and durable polyurethane film feeds the raw material to the drum, and the pressure is constantly increasing and presses the soft material inside the drum, harder material (tendons, cartilage) do not enter inside and are removed by a scraper. Raw material stays unheated, saving the fibre structure of the meat.
