The Pandyno works with a filling chute covered with tube film. Instead of a knife the Pandyno uses a cold cutting wire which achieves a clean straight cut.
Instead of two sealing bars the machine has one (industrial) sealing bar with circa 5 mm seal width and has an extra timer to set the cooling time to set the cooling time needed to get a good seal. The seal cycle will start once the operator has pushed the sealing bars where they will be held in closed position by a magnet.
