SPECIAL ENGINEERING 720 MV IP65

Our customer for this machine is a supplier of casings used in the sausage industry. The casings are packed in vacuum bags which are then filled with salt water (salt solution). The bags are then lightly vacuumed to remove as much air as possible and then sealed. The saline solution used has a very damaging effect on metals. For this reason, it was decided to supply a machine made of stainless steel 316 instead of the usual 304. This makes the sealer longer resistant to the humid/salt environment in which they are placed. The venturi normally made of aluminium is now made of plastic, this also to prevent damage as much as possible. Any salt solution sucked in during vacuuming is discharged directly to the floor. This goes outside the sealer. For this the venturi is placed on the bottom of the support. Position of the venturi is vertical so that any sucked product does not remain in the venturi during downtime of the machine but simply runs out.
