The operator fills manually the weigh bucket. When the right weight/amount of rings is almost reached a lightgreen box appears on the display. The remaining amount of rings is displayed in the white box. When the right amount/weight of rings is reached, the box becomes green and will automatically empty the product in the AVM.
The bags are filled and cut on the right size. A perforator knife creates an easy to open bag.
When the weigh-bucket is overfilled the displayed box becomes red and shows the amount of overfill. The extra products can be removed manually or the reject
function can be activated by pressing the red box.
